My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean, but I encountered a safety hazard with a wire hanging in one of the rooms. Despite that, the rooms remained cool even during the heatwave. The service was a bit of a letdown with one staff member being rude during check-in, but overall, the staff went out of their way to assist with my Hilton Honors program. The location was perfect for my event at the Coliseum, with easy highway access. However, the dining experience fell short with limited options, although the dishes were delicious. The facilities were decent, but there were some disappointing conditions present.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and everything was in perfect working order, but the moldy smell and sweet freshener made it a bit unpleasant. The service was kind and attentive, although there was a small issue with activating my cards. The location was convenient near the highway, making it easy to access. The dining experience offered good food but could have had more variety. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
